yoga fun

Our yoga instructor made us try Partner Yoga a couple of weeks ago because there were enough of us in the class. The first pose was the “Double Downward Dog.” She asked us to choose a partner and then let us do it on our own. I was scared to do it in class because I might hurt my partner’s back and we’re not that close yet. Hahaha!

I decided to try it tonight with my cousin and we took pictures! It was so much fun. It took more than 3 tries (5 I think) but we got the hang of it. The end goal is to help the heels touch the floor. When you’re under, the pressure is just right, it actually feels like a massage.

On the same note, we were all sweaty afterwards which means I really need to get yogitoes soon.
